Warning System
Set a maximum number of warnings before automated action is taken. Warnings accumulate over time and can be manually managed by moderators.
Configure how many warnings a member can receive before facing consequences. Each warning is logged with timestamp, reason, and issuing moderator.
Automated Actions
Choose what happens when a member reaches the warning limit: KICK, BAN, TIMEOUT, or MUTE.
- KICK: Remove the member from the server (they can rejoin)
- BAN: Permanently ban the member from the server
- TIMEOUT: Temporarily restrict the member's ability to interact
- MUTE: Remove their ability to send messages
Moderation Logs
Designate a channel where all moderation actions are logged for transparency and accountability.
Every warning, kick, ban, and timeout is recorded with full context including the moderator, reason, and timestamp. Essential for team coordination.
